Sports & Remedial Massage

Sports and remedial massage is specifically tailored to each client and encourages a partnership which focuses on you and your goals.

Sessions will involve assessments pre and post-treatment of any specific injuries or movement restrictions in combination with soft tissue techniques. This type of massage offers people the opportunity to embrace getting to know their bodies, injuries, lifestyles and work with me to create lasting change.

90 Minute
This treatment is available to first-time sports and remedial massage clients who have specific health or injury history. This appointment ensures sufficient time to ask questions and develop an agreed treatment plan together while still receiving plenty of hands-on treatment during the session.
Also available for Swedish Massage appointments and makes the ideal gift if purchasing for someone else.

60 Minute
This is Viridian's recommended treatment time for sports and remedial massage and includes consultation and assessment time.
For a relaxing Swedish massage, this time would cover a full body treatment or an in-depth selected area of your choice to be targeted for example neck, back and shoulders.
Perfect for the first time and follow-up appointments.

30 Minute
This appointment is perfect for top-up sports and remedial clients for ongoing injury management and treatment. Alternatively, it is ideal for a relaxing Swedish massage for repeat clients looking for a focused treatment, for example, a leg and foot massage.
Not suitable for the first treatment as initial consultation time is required.
